Ogneliss1. Acceptance
By installing or using Ogneliss Mail (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. What the App is
The App is an email client. It connects to the mail servers you specify and is not a mail service itself: mailboxes, server-side storage and delivery of mail are provided by your mail provider or your organisation.
3. Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and work purposes. Full terms are in the End User License Agreement: https://ogneliss.ru/mail/eula
4. Accounts
You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you add, and for keeping your passwords and device secure. When connecting a work account, follow your organisation's rules.
5. Work mail
Your organisation's server may set device requirements (such as a screen lock) and may issue a remote wipe. On such a command the App deletes the work account's data from the device. These actions are decided by the organisation, not by the developer.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the App to:
- send spam or malicious messages;
- access other people's accounts without the owner's permission;
- circumvent the security of mail servers and networks;
- otherwise break the law, including the secrecy of correspondence.
7. Warnings and filters
Phishing, external sender and data leak warnings are automatic hints. They can be wrong either way: warn about a safe message or miss a dangerous one. Use your own judgement when deciding.
8. Test versions
Versions distributed for testing may contain bugs. Do not use the App as the only place where important messages are kept: the primary copy of your mail should stay on the server.
9. Third-party services
Your use of Google, Yandex, Mail.ru, Microsoft Exchange and other services is governed by their own terms and policies. The developer is not responsible for their availability or actions.
10. No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost or undelivered messages, missed notifications or meetings, or business interruption arising from use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated with new versions of the App. Current version: https://ogneliss.ru/mail/terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
