Ogneliss1. Acceptance
By installing or using Ogneliss Dialer ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- remove proprietary notices;
- redistribute the App as your own;
- use it to violate any law, including laws on telephone communications, unsolicited calls and privacy of correspondence.
4. Call recording
The App does not record telephone conversations.
On Android 10 and later the operating system prevents third-party applications from accessing call audio, and circumventing this restriction violates Google Play policy. If your device records calls, that capability is provided by the device manufacturer and is outside the scope of the App.
Please note: recording a phone call without the consent of the other party may violate the laws of your country, including provisions on the secrecy of correspondence and conversations.
5. Call blocking — no guarantee
Call filtering relies on Android system mechanisms, on rules you define and on local heuristics. The App does not guarantee that every unwanted call will be blocked, nor that a wanted call will never be blocked.
Do not rely on the App where a missed call could cause harm — for example for emergency, medical or security notifications.
6. Emergency calls
The App is not a substitute for a reliable means of contacting emergency services. Emergency calling depends on your device, carrier, network coverage and applicable regulation. Always ensure you have an alternative means of contacting emergency services.
7. Caller identification accuracy
Region and operator information is derived from offline reference data. Number portability means the operator shown may be inaccurate. Spam risk scores are heuristic estimates based on your own call history, not statements of fact about any person or organisation.
8. Third-party services
If you enable an external caller ID provider, your use of that provider is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party applications.
9. No warranty
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, missed calls, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms with new versions of the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
