Short version
Ogneliss Dialer does not collect, transmit or sell any data. The application does not request the android.permission.INTERNET permission and therefore cannot establish a network connection at all. You can verify this yourself in the installed application details on your device.
1. Who we are
Ogneliss Dialer ("the App") is an Android dialer application.
Developer: Ermishin Oleg Andreevich
Contact: oedante@gmail.com
Current version: https://ogneliss.ru/dialer/privacy
2. What data the App accesses
The App accesses the following data on your device only:
| Data | Purpose | Leaves the device? |
|---|---|---|
| Call log | Show, group and manage call history | No |
| Contacts | Match names and photos, T9 search, editing | No |
| Phone state and SIM info | Place calls, show which SIM was used | No |
| Notes and tags you create | Your own annotations for numbers | No |
| Block and allow lists | Filtering unwanted calls | No |
| App settings | Remember your preferences | No |
3. What data the App collects
None. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising SDK, no user account and no telemetry.
4. Where data is stored
All data is stored in the App's private storage area on your device, inaccessible to other applications. Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer of this data are explicitly disabled. Uninstalling the App deletes it.
Note: your call log and contacts also live in Android's own system providers, which are managed by the operating system and any accounts you have configured (for example a Google account). That is outside the App's control.
5. Optional external caller ID
Android allows third-party caller ID applications to publish directories. If — and only if — you explicitly enable such a provider in the App's settings, the incoming phone number is passed to that third-party application, which may transmit it to its own servers under its own privacy policy.
This feature is disabled by default. The App never enables it on your behalf. The App itself still makes no network connections.
6. Permissions
Each permission and its purpose is explained inside the App before it is requested. Permissions are only used for the stated purposes. You may revoke any permission in Android settings at any time; the App will continue to work with reduced functionality.
7. Children
The App is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights
Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or erase on your behalf. All your data is under your control on your device and can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be published together with an App update and the version number above will change.
